My tracking had been sitting there not moving for a few days, and you know how that goes, one minute you’re just checking it, next minute you’re wondering if the package is in some random warehouse forever. I emailed POC with my order question and, i wasn’t expecting much right away, but they replied the next morning.
They looked into it, sent me an update, and after that the package showed up. So yeah, the shipping part wasn’t totally smooth, but the support side was good. Polite, quick, and they didn’t make it feel like I was bothering them.

the shipping took way longer than i expected. i ended up sending it back, and now i’m still waiting on my refund, which has been frustrating

I’ve taken this out on a few rough rides now, i kept thinking, okay, this actually feels protective. It gives me a lot more confidence when the trail gets sketchy. The only thing is the fit was a little tight at first, so I was kind of debating if I should’ve sized up. But overall, it does the job and makes me feel safer.

Yeah, I’m really not happy with how this fit. I got my normal size, but it was tight in some weird spots and then loose in others, which made no sense. After like 20 minutes of wearing it, it started feeling uncomfortable and rubbing. For the price, I expected a lot better. Returning it was kind of a pain too, so yeah, I wouldn’t buy it again

The helmet itself is good quality and feels really solid. It still looks great after a few rides and even one small crash, and the fit is comfortable too. That said, I felt a little misled because the shipping took longer than I expected based on what was shown when I ordered. It’s a nice helmet, just a bit pricey and the slow delivery was frustrating.

The website looks messy now. The design feels ugly and kind of hard to look at, and it’s not what I expected after all the vague promises about things being “improved” and “more user-friendly.” It just feels like they changed stuff without actually making it better.

I ordered my usual size, but it ended up fitting way too tight. I was confused because the size chart didn’t really help much?? Returning it was kind of a hassle too, so overall not the best experience
